Interface WriteRejectedEvent

WriteRejectedEvent reports a push the server refused for a reason that resending cannot fix. value.code says which — ErrDocumentSizeExceedsLimit when the document is over its size limit, ErrChangeTooLarge when a single change is too large to store — so the app can tell this apart from a network failure, tell the user, and switch the editor to read-only.
